Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SleepTone. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SleepTone is an ambient sound and sleep audio app published by Apptypical LLC ("Apptypical," "we," "our," or "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company. SleepTone is designed for relaxation and sleep purposes only and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any sleep disorder or medical condition.
By using SleepTone, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.
Apptypical grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SleepTone for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.
SleepTone offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks the full sound library, unlimited custom mixes, and additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually as displayed at purchase) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Billing. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal. Pricing is shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
Free Trial. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically if not cancelled before the trial period ends.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. You retain premium access through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apptypical does not directly issue refunds.
Price Changes. We may update pricing at any time. Apple will notify you before any price increase takes effect.
All sounds, designs, code, and content in SleepTone are owned by or licensed to Apptypical LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any app content without written permission.
SleepTone is not a medical product. The app does not provide medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a sleep disorder or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not use SleepTone while driving or operating heavy machinery.
SLEEPTONE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptypical LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SleepTone. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apptypical in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
SleepTone integrates with Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Apptypical is not responsible for third-party service content or practices.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Mexico.
