Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any iOS application or website operated by Apptypical LLC ("Apptypical," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using our apps or this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
Subject to these Terms, Apptypical grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our iOS applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Some of our apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases ("Purchases"). All Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Auto-Renewal. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually as displayed at the time of purchase) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each auto-renewal. Pricing is displayed in the App Store and may vary by region and currency.
Free Trials. Where offered, a free trial begins immediately upon starting the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time via your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Refunds. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Apptypical does not directly issue refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price Changes. We may change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any price change and will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in our apps and on this website are owned by or licensed to Apptypical LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Apptypical" and associated logos are trademarks of Apptypical LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
You agree not to use our apps or website to:
OUR APPS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content within our apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apptypical LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) our apps or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apptypical in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
Our apps may integrate with third-party services including Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Apptypical is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice via the App Store or an in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
