Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using QuickNote. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
QuickNote is a fast-capture note-taking app published by Apptypical LLC ("Apptypical," "we," "our," or "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company. QuickNote is a personal utility tool for capturing and organizing text notes on your device.
By using QuickNote, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.
Apptypical grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuickNote for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.
QuickNote offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks up to 500 notes, Markdown rendering, advanced export options, tags, and additional features. The free tier supports up to 20 notes. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually as displayed at purchase) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Billing. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal. Pricing is shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
Free Trial. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically if not cancelled before the trial period ends.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. You retain premium access through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your notes are retained locally but the note count will revert to the free tier limit for new notes.
Refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apptypical does not directly issue refunds.
Price Changes. We may update pricing at any time. Apple will notify you before any price increase takes effect.
All designs, code, content, and trademarks in QuickNote are owned by or licensed to Apptypical LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any app content without written permission.
Notes you create in QuickNote are entirely your own. Apptypical claims no ownership or license over your note content. Your notes are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to or accessible by Apptypical. You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share using QuickNote.
You agree not to use QuickNote to store or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of any third party. As notes are stored only on your device, enforcement of this provision rests with you and applicable law.
QUICKNOTE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT AGAINST DATA LOSS. BACK UP IMPORTANT NOTES USING THE EXPORT FEATURE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptypical LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuickNote, including any loss of note data. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apptypical in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
QuickNote integrates with Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Apptypical is not responsible for third-party service content or practices.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Mexico.
