Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HabitStack. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
HabitStack is a habit tracking app published by Apptypical LLC ("Apptypical," "we," "our," or "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company. HabitStack is a personal productivity tool. It does not guarantee the formation or maintenance of any habit or behavior.
By using HabitStack, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.
Apptypical grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HabitStack for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.
HabitStack offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks up to 30 habits, advanced statistics, calendar heat maps, and additional features. The free tier supports up to 5 habits. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually as displayed at purchase) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Billing. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal. Pricing is shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
Free Trial. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically if not cancelled before the trial period ends.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. You retain premium access through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your habit data is retained locally but the habit count will revert to the free tier limit.
Refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apptypical does not directly issue refunds.
Price Changes. We may update pricing at any time. Apple will notify you before any price increase takes effect.
All designs, code, content, and trademarks in HabitStack are owned by or licensed to Apptypical LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any app content without written permission.
Habit names, icons, and tracking data you enter in HabitStack are stored only on your device and are entirely your own. Apptypical claims no ownership over your content.
HABITSTACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptypical LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HabitStack. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Apptypical in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
HabitStack integrates with Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Apptypical is not responsible for third-party service content or practices.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Mexico.
