QuickNote is a fast-capture note-taking app published by Apptypical LLC. It lets you capture ideas instantly, organize notes with tags, search your library, and export content in multiple formats.

QuickNote stores the following data locally on your device only using iOS file storage and UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
Your note content is private. We have no access to what you write. Deleting the app removes all locally stored notes and data permanently.
QuickNote does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
QuickNote allows you to export notes as text, Markdown, or PDF files using standard iOS sharing. When you use the Share Sheet to export a note, the content is handled by iOS and whatever app you choose to share it to. Apptypical has no involvement in or visibility into that sharing action.
QuickNote uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-first, aggregated analytics. TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant and does not collect personal data. All signals are cryptographically hashed and anonymized before leaving your device. No IP addresses or persistent device identifiers are stored.
Analytics data is limited to: app version, iOS version, device class (e.g., "iPhone"), and anonymized usage events (e.g., "note created," "search performed"). Note content and text are never included in analytics events. This data is used solely to improve the app.

QuickNote offers an optional premium subscription managed via RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase transaction data from Apple (subscription status, expiry date) in order to validate and restore purchases. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details — those remain with Apple.

QuickNote contains no advertisements. We do not use advertising SDKs and do not share data with advertising networks.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share data only with TelemetryDeck and RevenueCat to the minimum extent necessary to operate the app. Your note content is never shared with any party.
QuickNote is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact [email protected] if you have concerns.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal profile to provide, correct, or delete. EEA/UK users have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revisions.
