BreathFlow does not collect, sell, or share your personal information. Your breathing session data stays on your device.
BreathFlow is a guided breathing and breathwork app published by Apptypical LLC. It guides you through breathing patterns (box breathing, 4-7-8, and others) to reduce stress, improve focus, and support sleep.

BreathFlow stores the following data locally on your device only using iOS UserDefaults and app-group shared storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data permanently.
BreathFlow may request optional access to Apple HealthKit to write Mindful Minutes data after each completed breathing session. This integration is entirely optional — you can use the full app without granting HealthKit access.
If you grant HealthKit access, BreathFlow only writes Mindful Minutes data to your Health app. It does not read any health data from HealthKit. No HealthKit data is ever transmitted to Apptypical servers or any third party.
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → BreathFlow.
BreathFlow does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
BreathFlow uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-first, aggregated analytics. TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant and does not collect personal data. All signals are cryptographically hashed and anonymized before leaving your device. No IP addresses or persistent device identifiers are stored.
Analytics data is limited to: app version, iOS version, device class (e.g., "iPhone"), and anonymized usage events (e.g., "session completed," "pattern selected"). No HealthKit data or session content is included in analytics events. This data is used solely to improve the app.

BreathFlow offers an optional premium subscription managed via RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase transaction data from Apple (subscription status, expiry date) in order to validate and restore purchases. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details — those remain with Apple.

BreathFlow contains no advertisements. We do not use advertising SDKs and do not share data with advertising networks.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share data only with TelemetryDeck and RevenueCat to the minimum extent necessary to operate the app. No health or breathing data is ever shared with any party.
BreathFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact [email protected] if you have concerns.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal profile to provide, correct, or delete. EEA/UK users have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revisions.
